Blue Heron Lake Community Property and Renter Guidelines 2023
1. Rental insurance is recommended for personal contents.
2. Pet Policy- No pets are allowed at the Lodge unless they are designated as a service/support animal.
3. No hot plates, microwaves, or other cooking appliances are allowed in rental rooms per Blue Heron general insurance policy.
4. When using the common kitchen and the lodge main room, please clean up after your use.
5. When using any of the Blue Heron Lake common buildings, please clean up after use.
6. No smoking or vaping in any of the Blue Heron Lake common buildings.
7. No illegal substances or activities permitted in rental rooms.
